Shipping policy

We provide shipping within Sri Lanka and to multiple locations outside Sri Lanka.

We have tied up with leading local logistics providers to handle your order in the best possible way and to ensure a safe and fast delivery to you. Delivery charges depend on the location. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-5 days of its ship date. In the event an unexpected delay occurs we will keep you informed about same.

We will deliver all orders to the address mentioned at the time of placing the order. To avoid misplacement, we kindly request you to provide us with your complete address when submitting. Please note that if your parcel is left unattended after delivery by us, Ardente will not take any responsibility for parcels lost or stolen.

In case you are not reachable at the second attempt at delivery, Ardente reserves right for cancellation of the order. Any amount to be refunded subsequent to such cancellation shall only be processed post deduction of the shipping and delivery charges. Cost of reshipping the products will have to be borne by the customer.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping anywhere in the world can cost anywhere between USD15-USD30 over and above the order total depending on factors such as weight and location.

Delivery can take upto 10-15 working days and delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. We advise you to be aware of all applicable import and clearance fees of the customs or duties of the package destination prior to your purchase as Ardente is not responsible for same. They vary in all countries and are determined by your local government.

We will email you a tracking number within one business day after your order is shipped out. Watch out for this email so you can track the progress of your order from our doorstep to yours! All packages must be signed for upon delivery so please ensure that you provide your daytime delivery address and contact number.

Please make sure the shipping address you provide us with is correct and complete. We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched - orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible f or lost or stolen packages. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.
