Refund policy

We work hard to create a product that you love and satisfies you. However, we understand that you may wish to return your purchase if the size or the style does not suit you and you may do so only within 7 days of ship date and do not accept any return after 7 day window. Your returned items can only be exchanged for other items. Please note that items on sale cannot be exchanged. Returned items must be in unworn condition, undamaged, unaltered and should be with all tags intact.

Ardente holds all rights to not accept the returning products in case we identify that they are used or damaged by the customer.

The customer will be held responsible for covering shipping costs both ways on returned items.

For international customers, if you wish to exchange a garment, you will have to ship it back to us yourself and pay for shipping again for the exchanged garment.

Request you to please go through our size guide thoroughly before confirming your orders or get in touch with us to know the right size for you. For any assistance you can write to us.

Defective Items

One of the key tasks of our manufacturers is to give you a quality product. However, if you have received a defective item, we will happily replace it or refund the cost. Please write to us at connect.ardente@gmail.com upon identifying the defect and return within 14 days. We will replace the item upon availability of stock or refund you upon return.
